Half Term Fun at The Tales of Robin Hood!! (Saturday 24th May
2008 - 1st June 2008)
Things to do this Half Term! Enjoy a perfect day out with the family and
be an outlaw for the day! Experience the sites, sounds and smells of
Medieval Nottingham as you travel back in time on our adventure ride!
Join Robin Hood and enjoy our infamous Living History demonstrations
everyday throughout half term at 11 o'clock 1 and 3. Try out some of
the weapons they would have used, swords, helmets, maces and costume are
just a few examples of the medieval memorabilia you can view, handle and
learn about. Feel the weight of the chain mail that knights would have
had to wear under their armour whilst handling a horse and weaponry! All
this as well whilst trying your hand at sword and shield painting, brass
rubbing, and even shoot a few arrows like Robin himself at our archery
range!
